Stone Soup Supper Club was a community supported kitchen (CSK) in Ithaca, NY. We offered a simple and delicious connection to Ithaca’s local food web by transforming fresh ingredients from local farms into deliciously wholesome, seasonally satisfying soups and stews and delivered them to your door every week.
Unfortunately, this spring we made the very difficult decision to discontinue Stone Soup Supper Club. We looked at many options to keep our CSK going, including incorporating wonderful feedback from our member survey. However, simply put, no matter which options we considered, the cost of local and organic ingredients combined with increased operating costs in a new kitchen space meant that continuing our CSK wasn't a financially viable option for us over the long term.
Thank you so very much for the enthusiastic support of our CSK by over 150 members and business partners, including the Park Grill Cafe, Wide Awake Bakery, Remembrance Farms, Sweet Land Farm, B&W Restaurant Supply, and Purity Ice Cream. We will miss the Stone Soup community!
